Dan Whitehead, President of Hortsource LLC, graduated from the University of Tennessee majored in Ornamental Horticulture and Landscape Design. He practiced in landscape design, maintenance, construction, and irrigation for almost 40 years. He is a past-president of the Georgia Urban Forest Council. He is currently a board member of the Georgia Tree Council.
Wei Zhang, Vice President of Zynnovation LLC, holds a Ph.D. degree in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech. He has been doing research & development for the green industry for 10 years. Funded by National Science Foundation, Dr. Zhang and his colleague developed a technology that solves the hardest problems in landscaping industry, stormwater management, and arboriculture.
